Looking for a place to relax, grab a glass, scroll through your social media feed, and quietly admire the cocktails crafted for you at the Warm Man Cocktail Festival? If you haven’t thought of anything yet, don’t worry, let me secretly tell you: Chairman’s Bar, located on the 3rd floor of the The13 Palace, is exactly the place you’re looking for.
Chairman’s Bar is decorated in a Baroque style, with blue glass mirrors reflecting a solemn atmosphere while also showcasing elegance and fashion. The bar displays a painting titled “Parade” by renowned Russian painter Konstantin Bessmertny, highlighting the modern Baroque ambiance. There’s also a hidden space within the bar offering views of the indoor green wall of plants, allowing you to enjoy tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle.
When mentioning Chairman’s Bar, its signature drink, “Chairman’s Gin,” must be mentioned. Gin, also known as gin, is a neutral spirit made from grains through fermentation and distillation, flavored with various herbs and spices, primarily juniper berries. Yes, you read that right, herbs. Gin originated in the Netherlands, and like many ancestors of modern spirits, its earliest use was as medicine, not as a casual beverage. As early as the 16th century, this spirit was produced in small quantities for medicinal purposes (its main ingredient, juniper berries, has traditionally been used as a diuretic, antipyretic, and gout treatment). In the 16th century, Dutch pathologists even used gin in their prescriptions.
The standout feature of “Chairman’s Bar Gin” lies in its unique characteristics. From ingredient selection and distillation to production, every step of “Royal Flavor Bar Gin” is meticulously handled by the bartenders, and all flavors are exclusive to Royal Flavor Bar. The bartenders introduce different gin flavors according to the customer’s preferences, and so far, the most popular are wasabi and tofu.
At first glance, the bottles of Chairman’s Bar Gin appear identical, all being clear and transparent. However, once the caps are opened, the unique aroma of gin slowly wafts out. After speaking with the bartender, it was discovered that the production process of “Chairman’s Bar Gin” is not easy; the entire distillation process is akin to molecular gastronomy, combining the essence of the ingredients with the gin drop by drop.
Chairman’s Bar launches new cocktail series from time to time, and the latest “Temptation Cocktail” series is definitely not to be missed.
